From elite athlete to your coach

Former world #2 ranked professional karate fighter, Danish special forces soldier, and certified physical trainer — I've spent my life at the sharp end of performance, discipline and transformation.

I've trained more than 500 people in combat sports and extreme body transformation, and I came back from an accident doctors said would end my training for good — building the best shape of my life in the process.
